Manage Items
This module provides a platform where you are able to manage the items i.e. Add items, request for an item also add, view and monitor the re-order level of the different items
Below are the steps:
  1. Log into the system
  2. Go to Tools and Add-Ons module
  3. Under Stores/Inventory section, click on the “Manage Items” link
  4. Click on the “Add Item” button situated at the top left of the page
  5. Fill in the following field in the pop out form, item, category, product type, item name and a quick description of the item
  6. Click in the “Submit” button to save once you are done to save the new item category
  7. To add new stock on the existing items. Still on the store inventory list go to the specific item category, click on Action and select Add to Store. This populates a form fill it in with the necessary information to add stock to the store items.
