Manage Items
This module provides a platform where you are able to manage the items i.e. Add items, request for an item also add, view and monitor the re-order level of the different items
Below are the steps:
- Log into the system
- Go to Tools and Add-Ons module
- Under Stores/Inventory section, click on the “Manage Items” link
- Click on the “Add Item” button situated at the top left of the page
- Fill in the following field in the pop out form, item, category, product type, item name and a quick description of the item
- Click in the “Submit” button to save once you are done to save the new item category
- To add new stock on the existing items. Still on the store inventory list go to the specific item category, click on Action and select Add to Store. This populates a form fill it in with the necessary information to add stock to the store items.
