This process can only be completed if the leave status is still pending on the applicant’s side or if the leave has been recommended or approved the responsible personnel can edit the leave application on your behalf.


Steps: 

  1. Log in to the system
  2. Click on the HR & Payroll module
  3. Under the Staff Management section click the My Leave Applications.
  4. This displays a page with all leave applications submitted by you.
  5. Locate the leave application you want to modify. Click the Action menu, from the dropdown menu select Edit.
  6. The Update Leave Details form will open, showing your previously entered information.
  7. Make the necessary changes click on Update to save. This awaits recommendation and approval once again
