Steps:

Note: This can only be done if the leave application status is pending.

  1. Log in to the system
  2. Select HR & Payroll tab.
  3. Under the Staff Management section click the My Leave Applications.
  4. This opens the My Leave Applications - year page which contains a record of all the leave applications applied so far by the user.
  5. On the application we want to edit, go to the Action column, click on the Action button and select Edit from the dropdown list.
  6. This brings the Update Leave Details page with previously added details intact. 
  7. Edit/Update where necessary then click on the Update button to register the changes.
