Office Payment/Transfers
This allows you to makes payments and journals transactions.
Steps:
- Log into the system
- Go to Office Administration module
- Under Transactions Payments/Transfers section click on the “Office Payments/Transfers” link
- Fill in the details in the pop out form (transaction date, account type, account to withdraw from, currency, exchange rate, receiver, description, account to allocate to and VAT amount
- Scroll down and click on the “Execute” button once you are done to submit
