Office Payment/Transfers 

This allows you to makes payments and journals transactions.

Steps:

  1. Log into the system
  2. Go to Office Administration module 
  3. Under Transactions Payments/Transfers section click on the “Office Payments/Transfers” link 
  4. Fill in the details in the pop out form (transaction date, account type, account to withdraw from, currency, exchange rate, receiver, description, account to allocate to and VAT amount 
  5. Scroll down and click on the “Execute” button once you are done to submit
