Opening Balances 

 This function allows you to enter the balances of your General Ledger (G/L) accounts for a specific period.


Steps to Enter G/L Opening Balances

  1. Log in to the system.
  2. Go to the Office Administration module.
  3. Under the Opening Balances section, click on the G/L Opening Balances Amount Entry link.
  4. Fill in all required details in the provided fields, including:
    • G/L Account Number
    • Partner
    • Supplier
    • Currency
    • Exchange Rate
    • Date
    • Amount
    • Dr/Cr (Debit or Credit)
  5. Click the Submit button to save your entries. These balances reflect on the general ledger account statement.
