Opening Balances
This function allows you to enter the balances of your General Ledger (G/L) accounts for a specific period.
Steps to Enter G/L Opening Balances
- Log in to the system.
- Go to the Office Administration module.
- Under the Opening Balances section, click on the G/L Opening Balances Amount Entry link.
- Fill in all required details in the provided fields, including:
- G/L Account Number
- Partner
- Supplier
- Currency
- Exchange Rate
- Date
- Amount
- Dr/Cr (Debit or Credit)
- Click the Submit button to save your entries. These balances reflect on the general ledger account statement.
