Follow the steps below to create a supplier credit note in the system:


Steps:

  1. Log in to the system using your credentials.
  2. Go to the Office Administration module.
  3. Under the Suppliers section, click on the Supplier Credit Notes link.
  4. Click on the New Credit Note button located at the top left of the page.
  5. A pop-up form will appear. Fill in all the required details in the provided fields.
  6. Once you have completed the form, click on the Post Credit Note button to submit. This awaits approval
