Steps:

  1. Log in to the system
  2. Go to office administration module 
  3. Under suppliers’ section click on the “Supplier Invoice” link 
  4. Click on the Capture Invoice button on the top left 
  5. Fill in all the details on the pop out form accordingly in all the provided fields (Supplier, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, L.P.O Number, Due Date for payment, Partner to Approve, Currency, Exchange Rate, Voucher Date, Voucher Number, Client, File, Financial Account, Partner Drawings Account, Partner Drawings Item, Description, Amount (inclusive of VAT & Excise Duty), VAT Tax, Excise Duty) 
  6. Click on the “Post Bill” button once you are done to submit
