Document SharePoint manager (DMS)
To use document SharePoint manager, you must have a Microsoft SharePoint account (Often as an Office 365 package) linked to the system. Documents in this module will solely lie in your Microsoft drive and system will be used to easily access and manage this documents.
To view all the shared documents in the system
- Log into the system
- Go to file management module
- Under the “Notes” section click on the “SharePoint Document Manager (DMS)” link
- Scroll down to “SharePoint Document Manager” to view the list of all documents shared in the system
Note
The View Document at the top left has different option;
- Grid View (Clients)- used view documents categorized as per client
- Grid View (Document Category)- used to view document in different categories can either be (receipts, title deeds)
