Uploading documents into a system ensures storage, easy access and keeping everything organized for each respective file.
Steps.
- Log in to the System
- Go to the “File Management” module from the main dashboard.
- Under the “Notes” section in File Management, click on “Document Manager”.
- At the top left of the Document Manager, click on “Upload Document”.
- Click on the “File Upload” link to open the upload form.
- Complete all required fields in the Upload Documents form. This may include details like:
- Document Title
- Document Type
- Tags or Categories
- Relevant Notes
7. Once you've filled out all the details, click Upload to save the document.
