Uploading documents into a system ensures storage, easy access and keeping everything organized for each respective file.

Steps.

  1. Log in to the System
  2. Go to the “File Management” module from the main dashboard.
  3. Under the “Notes” section in File Management, click on “Document Manager”.
  4. At the top left of the Document Manager, click on “Upload Document”.

 

  1. Click on the “File Upload” link to open the upload form.

  1. Complete all required fields in the Upload Documents form. This may include details like:
  • Document Title
  • Document Type
  • Tags or Categories
  • Relevant Notes

 

                 


7. Once you've filled out all the details, click Upload to save the document.
