Document templates

This enables you to get a sample of a categorized document that has some details of specific documents and to upload them.
 Here we are able to design the templates. They will be used later to create multiple documents of the same nature. An example is the loan agreement template – we can use it to create a loan agreement document for multiple groups or individuals that require it using the instance’s specific details of the parties involved.

Steps:

  1. Log into the system
  2. Go to file management module
  3. Under the “Notes” section click on the “Document Templates” link
  4. Scroll down to Document Templates to view the list of all workflows registered in the system
