Workflow management
A workflow is a step-by-step sequence of tasks or actions that need to be completed to achieve a specific outcome. It helps standardize how work is done, who does what and when it should be done.
Steps:
- Log into the system.
- Go to the File Management Module, under the Notes section, click on the Workflow Management link.
- At the top left of the page, click on the “Add Workflow” button.
- A new workflow form will appear.
- Fill in the required fields with the relevant information i.e:
- Date Created
- Workflow Name
- Start Date
- Duration (Days)
- Workflow Comments
- Once all fields are completed, scroll down and click on the “Save Workflow” button to submit the new workflow.
