Workflow management

A workflow is a step-by-step sequence of tasks or actions that need to be completed to achieve a specific outcome. It helps standardize how work is done, who does what and when it should be done.

Steps:

  1. Log into the system.
  2. Go to the File Management Module,  under the Notes section, click on the Workflow Management link.
  3. At the top left of the page, click on the “Add Workflow” button.
  4. A new workflow form will appear.
  5. Fill in the required fields with the relevant information i.e:
    • Date Created
    • Workflow Name
    • Start Date
    • Duration (Days)
    • Workflow Comments
  1. Once all fields are completed, scroll down and click on the “Save Workflow” button to submit the new workflow.
