Instructions:
A clerical instruction refers to a support task assigned to help ensure the smooth progress of a case. These tasks are administrative in nature and can be delegated to different users based on their roles or responsibilities
Steps:
- Log into the system
- Go to "File Management module" or "Case Management Module" scroll down to "Instructions" section then click on "File Instructions" link
- Click on the Add New Instruction button located at the top left of the page.
4. A “New Instruction” sheet will pop out. Complete all the required details accordingly on the pop -up form, required to fill date, client, file, instruction type, instruction category, Turn-Around-Time, receiver and the instruction details.
6. Click on the “Send Instruction” to submit once done. Once submitted the instruction will need to go through acceptance, execution and completion processes as per the work flow.
Note
This workflow ensures that all instructions are handled efficiently and systematically, maintaining order and accountability in the process.
Acceptance - This request is formally accepted for execution.
Execution - The accepted request is then executed according to the specified instructions.
Completion - Upon execution, the request is marked as completed.
