This is an essential tool for tracking and documenting court proceedings. It provides a detailed record of what transpired during a court appearance and serves as a reference for planning future actions. Additionally, it enables the team to capture and schedule follow-up dates, such as the next court appearance and reminders to ensure nothing is missed.

 

Steps on how to fill in court attendance sheet

1. Go to the “File Management” or "Case Management" module

 

2. On the "File Management" module, locate the "Maintenance" section.

 

3. Click on the "File Progress / Bring Ups" link to access the file progress page.

 

4. At the top left of the page, click on “Dispute Resolution Forms” or "Add Court Attendance"

 

 

 

5. Select “Fill Court Attendance Sheet” from the options. A form will pop up, enter all required information in the provided fields as shown below:

 

 

 

6. Once you’ve completed the form, scroll down and click on “Save” to finish and submit as shown below.
