1. Chart of Accounts 

Provides a section to manage the system general ledgers accounts ranging from your bank accounts, assets, liabilities to your expense accounts.


To add a new account number 

  1. Log into the system
  2. Go to Accounting and Finance Module 
  3. Under “Charts of Accounts” section click on the “G/L Account Listing” link 
  4. At the top left click on the “Add New Account Number” button 
  5. Fill in the details on the pop out form the account type, name, category and budget grouping 
  6. Click on the “Submit” button once you are done to save
