Manage Files
This module provide users with efficient access to and management of all files registered in the system. It allows users to view information such as contact details, file open dates, status, responsible advocates handling the files, and fee balances. Also, facilitates effective file management by offering a centralized and efficient way to monitor and manage files.
Steps:
Log into the System
From the main dashboard, locate and click on the "File Management" or "Case Management" module.
Within the "File Management" module, go to the "Maintenance" section and select the "Manage File" link.
On the "Manage File" page, click the "Open New File" button located in the top-left corner. A form titled “Open New Client File” will appear.
Fill out the form with accurate details including:
- Associate Handling: Select the associate who will manage the file.
- Client: Choose the relevant client from the list.
- Open Date: Enter the date the file is being opened.
- Approval Partner: Specify the partner responsible for approving this file.
Once all necessary details are entered, scroll down to the bottom of the form, then click the "Open File" button to save and create the new file.
