We offer unlimited phone calls and email support from Monday - Friday (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM). We also carry out site visits to ensure that our clients are using the software in full and achieving the full benefit of the system. Depending on the issue raised, the issue can be sorted within a few minutes up to 3 days depending on the complexity of the issue.
